We host an open house each spring, during which we enroll for the following September. Most of our forecasted openings are filled after our open house. Occasionally, we will have a space open up mid-year.

The enrollment process

1. Browse through our website and Facebook page. Take the time to read about our philosophy and play-based approach. Decide if our program might be a good fit for your family’s values and beliefs.

2. Call or email to inquire about current openings. In order to focus on the children and ensure a safe environment, we schedule tours only when we have an available opening. We offer afternoon tours on these occasions from 3:30-5pm (other times available if needed). During the tour, we can answer any questions you may have and supply you with references from current and past families.

3. After you’ve had a chance to visit, we will take some time to decide together if our program is a good fit for your child and family.

4. Your child’s enrollment at Cuddle Time will be guaranteed after we have received completed enrollment forms, payment of the $150 registration fee (non-refundable) and first month’s tuition.
